A different kind of meditation

Still room for 30 people

This is not a meditation in which you sit in silence and focus on your breath. You will be sharing this experience with another person, connecting with yourself to observe and reflect what is going on underneath the surface. It is a wonderful practice that helps understanding and navigating whatever is happening for us at the moment. Everyone is welcome to participate to the extend that feels good and comfortable for them. For the first 20 minutes, I'll be presenting the practice and opening the space for questions. After that, everyone gets a few minutes to decide if they would like to participate and we will start the meditation which will go for 30-40 minutes, depending on the needs of the group.
